Privacy Policy — Colors of War

This privacy policy explains how Dingy Games (“we”, “us”) handles information in the mobile game Colors of War (the “Game”).

Short version. The Game does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Everything it saves stays on your device.

What the Game stores on your device

The Game saves the following locally, using the operating system’s standard app storage. None of it is transmitted to us or to anyone else:

• Which levels and difficulty tiers you have unlocked
• Your fastest completion time for each level and difficulty
• Which in-app purchases you own
• Your sound and music settings

This data never leaves your device. We cannot see it, and we do not receive a copy. Uninstalling the Game deletes all of it permanently.

What the Game does not do

• It does not require an account, login, or registration.
• It does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
• It does not collect or use your location.
• It does not contain advertising or advertising identifiers.
• It does not contain analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services.
• It does not require an internet connection to play.

In-app purchases

The Game offers optional one-time purchases to unlock additional levels and weapons.

These purchases are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or receive your payment details — no card number, no billing address, no name. Google processes the transaction and tells the Game only whether a given purchase succeeded.

Google’s handling of that transaction is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Your purchases are tied to your Google account, so you can restore them by reinstalling the Game and signing in with the same account.

Children’s privacy

The Game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the Game collects no personal information at all, there is nothing for us to disclose, delete, or restrict.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is no data for us to provide, correct, or erase on request. To delete everything the Game has stored, uninstall it from your device, or clear the app’s data in your device settings.

Changes to this policy

If the Game ever begins collecting data — for example if analytics or advertising are added in a future version — this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
